Aurora Home Spa is an on-call massage and reflexology service located in Bandung. The client needed a digital platform that could help potential customers understand the services offered and make bookings quickly and conveniently via WhatsApp.
The project involved designing and developing a WordPress-based website with a mobile-first approach to optimize user experience from mobile devices. The main focus of the website is user-friendly interface, simple navigation, and clear call-to-action to increase service booking conversion.
We also customized the visuals and content structure to reflect a clean, modern, and trustworthy brand identity.
Aurora Home Spa’s website was successfully completed in accordance with the brief and timeline. All features and designs were optimized for ease of access, especially through mobile devices.
This project is a representation of how a functional design approach can be applied to online booking-based local services.
